The Fat Tire III ride started in Elkhorn, to Elk City, Waterloo and back to Elkhorn. Although a 11 am start was expected, most people left the first bar around noon and rode the flat (my ass Dave) right to Elk City. As always there was random stops along the way. The main break was at the top of the hill leading into Waterloo. This stop caused everyone to get to Waterloo around 3:30 pm or later. Seemed everyone was there except Glenda, who is still moving, Connie and Neener. Sam Houston's Bar had loose meat and hotdogs for everyone. Great move considering most people didn't get around to eating all day. Was it just me or did it seem the bar owner never smiled. The only time I saw him grin was when someone shouted "Bottles for Boobs." I had such a good time I had to stop and get a rhubarb pie on the way home.
